Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing any order through the Commonnext LLP Platform.

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation of orders, return of eligible products, and processing of refunds on the Commonnext LLP platform ("Commonnext", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order through the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before the seller accepts the order.

Once the seller has accepted the order, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled through the Platform.

Orders cannot be cancelled after:

  • Seller Acceptance
  • Order Confirmation
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch
  • Shipment
  • Delivery

Commonnext LLP reserves the right to cancel any order due to fraud prevention, payment issues, stock unavailability, legal requirements, technical errors, or any other valid business reason.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product
  • Missing Items
  • Expired Product
  • Duplicate Payment
  • Seller Unable to Fulfil the Order
  • Product Significantly Different from the Description
  • Delivery Beyond the Promised Time (where applicable)
  • Order Cancelled by Commonnext LLP
  • Payment Successfully Debited but Order Not Created
  • Other cases approved by Commonnext LLP after investigation

Each refund request will be reviewed individually before approval.

4. Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed and approved solely by Commonnext LLP.

Commonnext LLP may request additional information, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Delivery proof
  • Invoice copy
  • Order details
  • Video evidence (where applicable)
  • Customer identification
  • Communication records

Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the refund request.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been approved by Commonnext LLP, the refund will normally be processed within 7 (Seven) Business Working Days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Banking institutions
  • Payment gateways
  • Card networks
  • UPI providers
  • Public holidays
  • Regulatory requirements

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for placing the order.

Commonnext LLP is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after the refund has been initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds will generally not be available for:

  • Digital Products
  • Downloadable Software
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Opened Hygiene Products
  • Perishable Goods
  • Medicines (where prohibited by law)
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Clearance Items
  • Final Sale Products
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable"

Exceptions may be made where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Return Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise specified by Commonnext LLP or required by law, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including packaging, courier charges, insurance, customs duties (if any), and associated handling fees.

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning eligible products.

8. Orders Not Delivered

Where delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Incomplete Address
  • Customer Unavailable
  • Refusal to Accept Delivery
  • Failure to Respond to Delivery Attempts

any approved refund may be reduced by applicable shipping, logistics, handling, and processing charges.

Commonnext LLP may also consider the seller's observations and supporting documentation before determining the refund amount.

9. B2B Orders

Orders placed by:

  • Manufacturers
  • Distributors
  • Wholesalers
  • Businesses
  • Government Organizations
  • Institutions

are considered Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.

For B2B orders:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after acceptance.
  • Refunds are generally not available after seller acceptance.
  • Refunds may be considered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Separate contractual agreements between parties shall prevail where applicable.

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect buyers, sellers, and the Platform, Commonnext LLP reserves the right to investigate any refund request.

Refunds may be denied where:

  • False information is provided.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Product misuse is identified.
  • Evidence has been altered.
  • Multiple abusive refund requests are detected.
  • Platform policies have been violated.

Commonnext LLP may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent refund activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commonnext LLP shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential losses
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Delay caused by banks
  • Courier delays
  • Seller delays
  • Force majeure events

The maximum liability of Commonnext LLP shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
